GPC/SEC에 대한 이해

크기 배제 크로마토그래피(SEC)라고도 하는 겔 침투 크로마토그래피(GPC)는 특수 칼럼을 사용해 크기를 기준으로 천연 및 합성 폴리머, 바이오폴리머, 단백질, 나노분자를 분리하는 크로마토그래피적인 기법입니다.

시료가 칼럼에서 분리 및 용리될 때 단일 농도 검출기(일반 캘리브레이션) 또는 일련의 검출기(범용 캘리브레이션 및 삼중 검출)로 시료의 특성을 규명할 수 있습니다.

GPC/SEC 분리를 광산란, 점도계, 농도 검출기와 함께 사용하면(삼중 검출) 절대 분자량, 분자 크기, 고유점도와 거대분자 구조, 형태, 응집, 브랜치에 대한 정보를 획득할 수 있습니다.
